Lu ingat masa ceramah royalti di stadium baru2 ni, lu tengok puluhan ribu manusia menadah tangan pd Tuhan Pemilik Alam ni, lu nak ke gua cadang, supaya buat solat hajat kat manusia mcm lu ni ? lu sorang saja yg nak perlekeh tok guru, di belakang Tok Guru puluhan ribu manusia. Lu rasa lu betul ke, Tok Guru yg betul ?

Lu bukan jatuhkan TGNA saja, lu bakal jatuhkan kerajaan yg cuba nak laksanakan Islam di Kelantan, isu PMBK lu dah berjaya betulkan, tindakan dah diambil kepada AAF, dia dah terima hukuman, lu nak apa lagi.

Lu jangan main syeikh, Tok Guru Nik Aziz mungkin tersilap dlm isu melantik menantunya, dia juga manusia biasa, tak lepas dr kesilapan, tapi gua yakin dia dah minta ampun pd Allah SWT.

Gua bukan nak hina lu beb, tapi lu sedar la diri sikit. Lu dekat dgn Dato’ Husam dulu, gua suka sbb lu duduk dlm kalangan org2 PAS yg jaga syariat, gua harap lu akan berubah bila lama dlm PAS. Sekarang lu dah blah, gua tak pasti lu boleh ubah atau tidak cara hidup lu…takkan kerana Arif Fahmi lu nak kata semua org PAS jahat.

Lu cakap sebelum ni lu ni suka integriti, suka prinsip, tapi sekarang lu serang Tok Guru gua dengan FITNAH !!!! Integriti dan prinsip korok kering apo.

LU INGAT SYEH, KAMI ORANG2 PAS ADA PEDANG MALAM, JANGAN SAMPAI LU DITIMPA MUSIBAH ATAS PERBUATAN2 LU INI…

GUA BAGI AMARAN, KALAU LU TERUSKAN PENULISAN MENGHENTAM TOK GURU KAMI, LU TUNGGULAH BALASAN DARI LANGIT. GUA TAKDE MASA NAK GI BALING KAPAK KAT UMAH LU, CUKUP GUA DOA DARI RUMAH DI SEPERTIGA MALAM. LU TUNGGU LA SAAT KEJATUHAN LU….BAIK LU TARIK BALIK SEGALA KENYATAAN BURUK PD TOKGURU NIK AZIZ.

Peculiarly Kelantan’s Monarchy: Royal Rumble…!

While their father, H.H Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Ismail Petra still receiving treatment in Mt. Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore, turbulence struck the royal family, just days after his Syariah Court win over his estranged wife, the Tengku Temenggong of Kelantan, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra is back in the courts again. This time, he’s challenging the decision of his eldest brother – the Kelantan Regent – who revoked his membership in the Kelantan Succession Council on Sept 16. The council confirms the succession to the throne in Kelantan and will determines whether there is a vacancy in the throne by reason of a prolonged absence of the reigning sovereign. Tengku Muhammad Fakhry, 31, the third son of the Sultan of Kelantan, is third in line to the throne. The Sultan appointed him to the council in or about 2001.

It was just on Sunday that he scored a victory in Kota Baru when the Syariah High Court judge ordered his 18-year-old wife Manohara Odelia Pinot, a former Indonesian model, to return the RM1.2mil she borrowed from him. This time, the Kelantan prince has taken his case to the civil courts. He is applying for leave for a judicial review in the High Court here of the decision by the Regent, Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra, to remove him from the council. Yesterday, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry’s lead counsel K. Shanmuga submitted that the Regent’s action amounted to a usurpation of the Sultan’s powers because, under the implemented Kelantan State Constitution, only the Sultan could alter the council’s composition. The Regent holds office only for so long as the Sultan is incapacitated.

In his statement filed for the judicial review application, the prince said the Sultan had been critically ill since May and his brother was appointed Regent effective May 25. He said the Sultan, who has been in hospital in Singapore since May, now appears to be recovering. Shanmuga contended that while the Regent was first in line to the throne, his succession was not automatic as the council must first confirm him as the reigning sovereign. If neither the Regent nor the Tengku Bendahara – who is second in line – were confirmed, Shanmuga said the Tengku Temenggong would be next in line.

In his application filed on Dec 1, the prince had named Tengku Muhammad Faris, 40, the Kelantan Government, the council secretary and five others who had been appointed to the council by the Regent on May 24. Among others, the prince is asking the court to set aside the Regent’s decision or, alternatively, to declare the revocation inconsistent with the Kelantan Constitution. Shanmuga argued that allowing the Regent to alter the composition of the council effectively granted him the ability to create a tribunal that would determine his fitness to succeed to the throne. He contended the Regent’s decision was justiciable , adding that it was of utmost importance for the court to ensure that the constitutional mechanisms designed to protect the dignity of the succession operated in accordance with the law.

Regent of Kelantan: One Kelantan, Justice First, Royalty Now!

leave a comment »

I able to see live coverage of the Opening Ceremony for Kelantan State Legislative Assembly at Kota Darulnaim fortnight ago and It was absolutely one in a whole life experience to be a ‘backbenchers’. Anyway, Kelantan State Legislative differ from others state because of having less-Opposition in daily-presiding (reckoning as Six Inferno). My point of views on this article that I assimilating from Najib Razak‘s mass One Malaysia promotion into Kelantan version: One Kelantan: Justice First & Royalty Now! I intentionally want to post this article after yesterday’s boom; PM promising that by early of next year, Kelantanese (needy) will be given compassionate fund (what is supposed to be was royalty compensation) that happened after Regent of Kelantan plays his roles in giving full support to the state government claiming the privilege as he was the King-to-be for Kelantan.

I never had some information about the oil-scramble between the Kelantan state and Petronas’ Federal Government about the royalty being paid as a gift for Kelantan’s dwellers upon coastal capacity in Region of Kelantan. Since I had a little bit of info about this oil-scramble issue, I don’t want to cite more on this issue instead of citing about the gentlemen-style by Regent of Kelantan. This was the first State Legislative Assembly chaired by HH and what I want to conclude that HH was the heirs of Kelantan Sultanate (now) that eventually marking the end of Kelantan ‘silent-king’ almost 30 years ago. Regent of Kelantan, HH Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra Sultan Ismail Petra, for me, I dubbed HH as Kelantan’s dream prince because of his protocol-ignorance when he meets the Rakyat (people) publicly.

HH shows his Young-Gun Regent by giving support to the current state government claiming petroleum royalty compensation that has been stipulated as enshrined in the accordance between Kelantan state government and Petronas in 1975. Based on data from the Department of Statistics, which released the Economic Planning Unit Prime Minister’s Department, Kelantan contribution to the production of petroleum products throughout the country for the years 2005 to 2008 was higher than the production of Sabah. Yesterday, Malaysia PM is giving some hopes by promising that Kelantanese will be given compassionate fund by early of next year after urged by Kelantan MPs and HH himself for the sake of justice to the Kelantanese (My views, I totally upset because the fund will be translated into project rather than fiat money. Project?.. Leakage absolutely happens…!).

It was a production of 5.4 percent per year and according to the post production of petroleum from Kelantan waters have started since 2005. The state government should continue efforts to obtain royalty agreements such as the requirements have been stipulated between the state government and Petronas. The Council completed the Official Opening of the Third Conference (Budget) for the duration of the Second Session of the House State of Kelantan in the 12th Legislative Assembly State (DUN) in Kota Bharu fortnight ago. His Majestic leadership hoped to be a veto power holder in his discretion on Kelantan political-social agenda.

I thinks he is confident on that argument, however under the principles and spirit of federal, Petronas will implement the requirements of the relevant agreement requires cash payments amortized twice each year. According to him, if development activities related to oil production in the waters of Kelantan can be developed, it can certainly contribute to economic recovery and to attract foreign investment to Malaysia. I assumed this was some brilliant action taken by in-waiting King of Kelantan as his preparation to ‘topple’ current Sultanate that I was described as people-unfriendly (Now, sabbatical in Singapore). This issue arises when oil royalties Kelantan claim of RM1 billion to the central government based on the oil platform was built in the coastal of Kelantan. However, he is examines the central government claims that Kelantan under position and still at the research comprehensively whether Kelantan entitled to receive it not.
